Our Community

A global community working for soil biodiversity

The GSBI is a global network of scientists, policymakers, practitioners, and land managers working across disciplines, ecosystems, and regions to advance the understanding and protection of soil biodiversity.

Our community connects people working on soil biodiversity research, monitoring, conservation, policy, and practice. We bring together expertise from around the world to share knowledge, build collaborations, and strengthen the role of soil biodiversity in environmental decision-making.

The GSBI is a Canadian federally incorporated not-for-profit organization with an international community and reach.  This allows us to accept donations and be partners on grants to support our initiatives.
